ADMISSION PROCEDURE

 

                      Essential  Instructions  For  Entrance

 

 1.  The  required  documents  with  admission  form:-

(A).   The  marks  sheets  of  High  school / Intermediate / Graduation  first year / second  year  and  photocopies  of  certificates  which  have  been  self   attested.
(B).  Original  T.C. / Provincial  Certificate  for  admission  in  first  year  of  graduation.
(C).  Original  certificate  issued  by  the  principal  of  final  educational    institute.
(D).  For  the  private  students  the  T.C.  where  they  studied  as  regular  students  and  Caste  Certificate  for  Sc./ OBC./ST./ BC.
(E). The  photo  graphs  of  2.5cm × 3.3cm  with  the  admission  form.

2.  Chosed  subjects  will  not  be  changed.
3.  The  admission  form  must  be  filled  by  candidates.
4.  Only  two  literatures  can  be  chosen  by  the  student  among- English Literature , Hindi  Literature  and  Sanskrit.    

5.  The  right  of  admission  will  be  secured  by  the  principal.
6.  The  admission  in  all  the  classes  will  be  based  on  merit list  and  interview. The  name  in  the  entrance  list  will  not  guarantee  for  admission.
7.  The  interview  will  be  held  on  each  working  day  from  10:00 am. to  2:00pm. at  required  place.  The  admissions  will  not  mentioned  if  the  candidate fails  to  present  him  at  required  date  and  time. For  all information the candidates  are  advised to  read  the  notice  board  regularly.

 

The  candidates  must  present  themselves  in  the  interview  with  essential  original  documents  and  other required  things:-

 

(A). All  original  certificates  and  marks sheets.
(B). The  original  T.C. / Migration  certificate.
(C). The  original  caste  certificate  for  Sc./ St./BC./ OBC.
(D). Three  photo  graphs  of   2.5cm × 3.3cm 
(E). Required  fee  and  its  list  are  given  ahead.  The  fee  must  be  deposited  soon  after  the  interview.  If  the  fee  may  be  increased  by  the  government,  it  must  be  deposited.
8.) The  admission  of  candidate  will  be  cancelled  if  there  is  any  verdict  in  the  court  against  him  or  he  has  been  punished  by  the  court.
9.) The  admission  will  be  accomplished  by  the  rules  of  U.P.  government and C.G.M. University.
10.) The  sons  and  daughters  of  college  teachers  or  workers will  be  admitted  by  the  rules.
11.) The  candidates will  not  be  admitted  who  use  unfair  means  in  the  university  examination or  create  indiscipline.
12.) The  vehicle - stand  fee  must  be  deposited by  the  candidates  Rs.30.00  for  bicycle  and  Rs.50.00  for  motorbike  to  each  student.  The  candidate  will  be  fined  Rs.10.00  if  the  vehicle  will  be  found  on  unusual  place.  The  vehicle  will  be  put  in  the  required  area. If  the  candidates  carry  their  vehicle  before  admission  they  will  have  to  deposit  Rs.2.00  per  day.


Other  Rules  And  Conditions:-

1.) The  minimum  75%  presence  will  be  necessary  in  the  class.
2.) Mobile  sets  are  prohibited  to  carry  in  the  college.
3.) Raging  actions  are  strictly  prohibited.
4.) Every  student  must  follow  the  discipline  of  the college.
5.) After  deposition  Rs.50.00  in  the  office  the  candidate  may  find  the  identity  card  or  library  card  if  they  lose.
6.) All  the  information  will  be  noticed  on  the  notice board  in  relation  with  entrance,  examinations  and  other  activities  of  the  college.  It  is  the  responsibility  of  the  students  to  read  the  notice  board  from  time-to-time  on  behalf  of  them.

7.) Every  student  must  be  passed  in  the  half – yearly  examination  otherwise  they  may  be  debarred  from  the  University  examination.
8.) Every  student  must  carry  the  Identity  Card  in  the  college  campus.
9.) As  a  compulsory  subject  Environmental  Studies  is  essential  to  chose  in  the  first  year  of  graduation.
10.) To  damage  the  property  of  the  college  like  furniture,  electric  wires,  switches,  laboratory  instruments,  glass  wares  and  other  things  such  as      
to  write  on  the  walls  and  to  hold  posters  are  prohibited.  If the  student  commits  such  activities,  his  admission  may  be  cancelled.
11.)The  merit  will  be  prepared  to  cut  1%  marks  for  one  year  gap.  The  student  who  has  only  a  year  gap  will  be  admitted.
12.)The  candidates  who  have  participated  in  the  state  and  national  games  or  the  rangers / rovers  who  have  got  the  President  reward  can  get  the  discount  of  2%  if  they  deposit  such  certificates.
13.)After  showing  the  handicap  certificate  of  capable  officer,  the  handicap  students  will  get  the  discount  of  5%  marks.  They  will  get  the  reservation  of  3%.

Special  Information – Raging  of  the students  is  a  punishable  offence  by  the  honorable  Supreme  Court’s  order. F.I.R. will  be  Against  the  offender  and  they  will  be  suspended  from  the  college.

                                            
The Instructions for Library

 

There  is  an  arrangement  of  Library  and  reading  room  in  the  college  campus.  Besides  books,  the  news  papers,  employment  news  papers  and  magazines  are  available.  The  students  may  read  them  in  their  vacant  periods.

 

1.) The  entrance  of  the  students  is  banned  in  the  library  store  room  in  any  condition.
2.) Only  one  book  will  be  given  at  a  time  for  maximum  fifteen  days  from  the  library.  The candidate  will  be  fined  one  rupee per  day  if he  fails  to  return  the  book  timely.
